The organisation manages a diverse portfolio of homes across a central city and surrounding towns and villages within commuting distance. Responsibilities of this Letting Officer Role:
- Advertise available homes via Devon Home Choice and manage all associated administration
- Complete shortlisting activities in line with lettings policies and local allocation requirements
- Arrange and conduct property viewings across the organisation’s housing stock
- Complete tenancy sign-ups, ensuring all documentation and compliance requirements are accurately managed
- Liaise with internal teams to coordinate appointments, workloads, and shared resources including pool vehicles
- Provide reliable short-term support to maintain service continuity during the permanent recruitment process
- Deliver a professional and customer-focused lettings service throughout the customer journey
