In this role, you will:

  • Interpret and maintain stock condition data within Lifespan to support investment planning
  • Combine insights from MRI Repairs, compliance and wider data sets to inform capital programme decisions
  • Produce high-quality reporting to meet Tenant Satisfaction Measures (TSMs) and regulatory standards
  • Track and assess compliance against Decent Homes, building safety and housing legislation
  • Generate detailed reports using MRI and Lifespan systems, including analysis for disrepair cases
  • Act as a key technical point of contact, providing guidance and insight to senior stakeholders
  • Oversee and support a junior team member, helping to develop capability within the service area
  • Ensure data accuracy and reporting integrity to support strategic decision-making
