I would love to hear from anyone with experience as a Refuge Manager, Supported Housing Manager, Service Manager, Team Leader, Supported Housing Team Leader or someone with experience supervising homelessness or domestic abuse support services.
In this position, you will be:
- Supporting the operational management of multiple refuge and supported housing schemes
- Line managing and developing a team of approximately 16 staff, including relief workers
- Deputising for the Refuge Manager where required
- Ensuring high standards of safeguarding, compliance and service delivery
