The Handyperson role is offering:

As a Handyperson, you will be:
- Carrying out general repairs and maintenance
- Assisting tradespeople with their work
- Completing minor carpentry repairs
- Carrying out basic groundwork
- Completing slabbing and paving work
- Supporting with general repairs across social housing properties
- Working safely and to a high standard

- Previous experience as a Handyperson or in property maintenance
- Experience assisting tradespeople
- Basic carpentry skills
- Groundworks and slabbing experience
- A good range of practical maintenance skills
- A full UK driving licence
- Able to get to Daventry reliably for work

This role is based in Daventry, working across social housing properties and surrounding areas. xgikmsk A work van can be used during the working day, but you will need to be able to get to Daventry each morning.
