I am currently recruiting for a Damp and Mould Operative to join a housing association on a permanent basis covering the Swindon and surrounding areas.. This role involves working within occupied and void properties, completing repairs caused by damp and mould.
As a Damp and Mould Operative, you will receive:
- 33k+ Overtime

As a Damp and Mould Operative, you will be:
- Mould washing and applying mould treatment
- Painting
- Installing air vents, air bricks
- Assisting with insulation installing

- General building
- Installing air bricks, drains, sofits, gutters
