As the Plumber Multi Trade, you will be responsible for:
- Plumbing repairs and maintenance
- Fitting and replacing water pumps
- Setting out floors for bathroom and kitchen installations
- Tiling and patch plastering
- Flooring installation and repairs
- General multi trade maintenance and snagging works
- Completing repairs within occupied social housing properties
The successful Plumber Multi Trade will:
- Hold a valid Green CSCS card
- Have relevant experience working as a Plumber Multi Trade within social housing
- Be confident completing multi trade repairs independently
In return, the Plumber Multi Trade will receive:
- ~£23 per hour
