Responsibilities
- Carrying out plastering repairs within occupied and void council properties
- Completing minor plumbing and basic carpentry repairs
- Undertaking finishing works including tiling and painting
- Delivering high-quality maintenance work across domestic properties
- Working independently across multiple properties throughout Northamptonshire
Experience & Qualifications
- Experience working within social housing or council properties
- An NVQ or City & Guilds qualification in Plastering
- A full UK driving licence
- Experience completing multi-trade maintenance works
- Strong customer service and communication skills when working in occupied homes
