We are actively looking for a Compliance Supervisor to join a social housing provider on a permanent basis in the Luton area. In return you will receive, flexible working, pension scheme, company sick pay and personal development support.
As the Compliance Supervisor, you will be: Delivering the compliance frameworks across the residential properties focusing on the fire safety, health and safety, gas and electrical Day to day management of the regulatory compliance including property and corporate safety Coordinating schedules with contractors and tenants ensuring all inspections and remedial works are conducted in a timely matter Supervise the team of administrators checking the certificates and data input
Experience and qualifications: Social housing experience Fire safety and H&S experience is key Experience in a management team in compliance NEBOSH General or IOSH
