We are actively looking for a Site Compliance Manager to join a housing association in Birmingham area on a permanent basis. You will be responsible for compliance, fire remedials and building maintenance across the organisation as a whole. In return you will receive 25 days annual leave, great working environment and group funded health cash plan.

As the Site Compliance Manager, you will be:
Ensuring that all compliance is up to date and adhere to in accordance to current legislation
Ensuring high quality day to day performance of all services, providing support, guidance and motivation to maximise performance for everyone in the business
Managing all maintenance involving the big 6 focusing on fire
Qualifications / Experience:
Experience working with the big 6 of compliance
Social housing / public sector experience
NEOBSH/IOSH
Experience with repairs and maintenance
