As a Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness across various residential and communal areas in Herefordshire. You'll be working independently as well as part of a team to deliver exceptional cleaning services that meet organisational standards. As a Cleaner, you will be:
- Maintaining cleanliness in communal areas including hallways, stairs, lifts, and bin rooms
- Completing daily checks and reporting maintenance or safety issues
- Cleaning office spaces, kitchens, restrooms, and other shared facilities
- Using various cleaning methods and equipment, including sweeping, mopping, and polishing
- Removing litter and waste from communal areas and managing waste disposal
- Inspecting and reporting any issues to the supervisor or management team

- Previous cleaning experience, particularly in a housing or communal setting
- Basic health and safety knowledge in a cleaning environment
