I'm looking for a Carpenter Multi Trade to carry out repairs and maintenance in tenanted social housing properties across Chesterfield.
The Carpenter Multi Trade role is offering:
- £19 per hour
- Weekly pay
- 6-month temporary contract, with the possibility of extension
- Company van provided for day-to-day work
As a Carpenter Multi Trade, you will be:
- Carrying out carpentry repairs and maintenance in occupied properties.
- Completing general multi-trade repairs as required.
- Working across tenanted social housing properties.
- Completing work to a high standard while providing good customer service.
- Working safely and keeping accurate records of completed jobs.
I'd love to speak to anyone who has:
- Previous experience as a Carpenter Multi Trade or Carpenter.
- Experience carrying out repairs in social housing or domestic properties.
- Strong carpentry skills and the ability to complete minor multi-trade repairs.
- A full UK driving licence.
- A reliable and professional approach when working in customers' homes.
Location & travel
The role is based in Chesterfield. A company van is provided for day-to-day work, but you must be able to make your own way to and from the depot each day.
