In this position, you will be:

  • Acting as the primary point of contact between residents, site teams and the client throughout planned maintenance works
  • Managing resident communications, including programme updates, access arrangements and setting expectations
  • Coordinating and building positive relationships with residents and site teams to ensure smooth access and minimise disruption
  • Handling resident queries and concerns professionally and timely, escalating issues where appropriate to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Supporting the delivery team in achieving customer experience and resident satisfaction targets

  • Proven experience as a Resident Liaison Officer within social housing or occupied planned maintenance works
  • Experience supporting kitchen and bathroom replacement programmes or similar planned works

  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to coordinate multiple tasks effectively
  • The confidence to work independently as the main resident contact on site
  • The ability to start immediately, or within a short notice period
