Based on our main sites, you will lead teams delivering planned works and roofing/energy efficiency programmes, ensuring works are safe, on time and to high quality standards.

You will manage up to 25 sub-contractors and coordinate with a manager to drive continuous improvements in productivity and service outcomes, drawing on your social housing experience and strong leadership background.
