You will be responsible for delivering a high-quality cleaning service across a range of properties and sites, taking pride in ensuring communal areas are somewhere residents can feel proud to live.
As a Cleaning Technician, you will be:
- Cleaning communal areas, offices and specialist housing properties
- Carrying out block inspections and identifying hazards, spillages or areas requiring attention
- Using a range of cleaning methods, materials and equipment
- Removing litter, refuse and small-scale graffiti
- Completing daily and weekly checks, including basic fire safety checks
- Reporting repairs, damage and larger waste or environmental issues
- Working independently while also supporting the wider cleaning team

Key requirements for this Cleaning Technician role:

Please note: Due to the nature of the role and travelling between sites, being a driver with a full UK driving licence is essential.
The role is offering the following:
- £16.89 per hour
- 37 hours per week
- Monday to Thursday: 7:00am – 3:00pm
- Friday: 7:00am – 2:30pm
- A long-term contract covering sickness absence
- Consistent, stable, full-time work
