As the Working Supervisor, if you have a strong track record of managing a team of tradesmen and being on the tools, I want to speak with you.

Supervisor duties:
- Take the lead on team actions and activities, both proactively and in response to direction from the Repairs Service, ensuring all works are completed safely, professionally and to required standards.
- Monitor team attendance and timekeeping, escalating any concerns to management where behaviour may lead to disciplinary action or breaches of Health and Safety policies and procedures.
- Ability to undertake supervisory responsibilities and carry out works within our homes to effectively support team demands.
- Work alongside the Senior Gas Engineer, Senior Electrician, Planned, Damp and Voids.
