We're looking for a reliable Labourer to work on social housing properties across Cardiff, assisting with damp-related repairs and general property maintenance.
The Role:
- Assisting with damp-proofing, bricklaying and plastering repairs
- Hacking off plaster, digging, lifting and other general labouring duties
- Using hand tools, portable equipment and small plant
- Helping with multi-trade repairs and recording completed work
- Working safely in social housing properties and being respectful of tenants
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in labouring or the building trade
- Full UK driving licence - essential
- Good understanding of health and safety
What's on Offer:
- £17 per hour
- Weekly pay
- 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
- Work across Cardiff only
