You’ll be joining a fast-paced environment where your ability to hit the ground running is essential. As a Management Accountant, you’ll take ownership of key financial processes, ensuring month-end is delivered accurately and on time, while supporting the wider team with technical expertise and day-to-day guidance.

We’d love to hear from anyone with a background as a Management Accountant, Technical Accountant, or Finance Business Partner within a social housing provider, who is confident stepping into complex roles with minimal handover.
As a Management Accountant, you will be:
- Taking ownership of month-end processes, with a key focus on repairs & maintenance accounting
- Producing and supporting the delivery of accurate management accounts
- Providing technical accounting expertise across capital and development accounting
- Acting as a key point of contact for finance queries across the team
- Supporting and guiding colleagues where needed to ensure continuity and performance
I’d love to speak to any Management Accountant who has:
- Proven experience working within a social housing finance team (essential)
- Strong understanding of repairs & maintenance accounting within housing
- Experience with capital/development accounting in a housing setting
- Full ownership of month-end processes in a similar environment
- The ability to work autonomously and deliver in a fast-paced environment
