Building Surveyor in Coalville

I am seeking an experienced Building Surveyor with experience in planned and capital investment works to join my leading client in the East Midlands on an initial 3 months contract. As a Building Surveyor, you will be responsible carrying out property inspections and ensuring the provision of excellent service to resident and leaseholder customers.

They are also looking for a potentia candidate to join them on al permanent basis with the salary of £40,000 annually

Responsibilities of the Building Surveyor:

• Carry out all property inspections including planned works, voids, stock condition surveys, disrepair claims and high value repairs
• Drawing specifications and raising and progressing works orders
• Maintaining customer relations in occupied properties
• Contract management
