Building Surveyor

Niyaa people are working with a well-respected housing association based in Liverpool. They are looking for a competent Building Surveyor who can demonstrate skills of planned works, stock condition, reactive repairs and damp and mould.
Role: Building Surveyor
Salary: £39,779 plus £1,353 car allowance
Location: Liverpool
Responsibilities of the Building Surveyor:

• Carry out and assist with day to day duties including damp and mould, condition surveys, building surveys and project management skills
• Liaise with members and contractors to ensure effective delivery
• Be responsible for day to day delivery of reactive repairs and investment services

Ideal Building Surveyor would have:

• HND Qualification
• Experience of property maintenance and investment services
• Ability to conduct stock condition surveys and maintain data
• Knowledge of tendering processes
• Social Housing experience
