We are actively looking for an Interim Building Safety Manager to join a social housing provider in the Nottingham area for up to 6 months. In return you will receive, hybrid working, opportunity to be extended and flexible hours. As the Building Safety Manager, you will be: Creating the building safety cases for the high-rise buildings and ensuring all properties are compliant and in line with regulations Providing fire safety advice for all the residential properties, supporting company wide Supporting the FRA team to deliver the fire safety programme Conducting occasional fire safety inspections where needed Experience and qualifications: Fire safety experience across social housing Strong knowledge of regulations and The Building Safety Act 2022 Involvement within building safety cases previously NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent In return you will receive: £400-£425 a day Hybrid working Flexible hours Opportunity to be extended Mileage covered for any site inspections We are keen to see CVs from Building Safety Manager, Fire Safety Manager, Fire Manager, Senior Fire Safety Advisor If this role appeals to you then please apply now or contact Katie on (phone number removed) or email on katie @(url removed)
