Experienced Bathroom Fitters can secure long-term work across the West Midlands with weekly pay, flexible pay structures, and consistent bathroom adaptation projects within occupied social housing properties. This role offers the opportunity to work locally where possible while completing full bathroom and wet room installations for a well-established property maintenance contractor. This contractor delivers bathroom adaptation works for social housing providers across Wolverhampton, Birmingham, Stafford, Worcester, and surrounding areas.

With a strong pipeline of planned works and a reliable supply chain delivering major materials directly to site, this is an excellent opportunity for a Bathroom Fitter looking for ongoing, stable work within the social housing sector.

As a Bathroom Fitter, you will be:

  • Completing full bathroom and wet room installations from start to finish
  • Working within occupied social housing properties across the West Midlands
  • Carrying out full rip-outs and complete refits
  • Installing all plumbing, sanitaryware, shower trays, and associated fixtures
  • Completing all wall and floor tiling works (not aqua panelling)
  • Carrying out floor levelling, skimming, patch plastering, and making good
  • Completing associated building and adaptation works as required
  • Collecting consumables and smaller materials from local suppliers when needed
  • Coordinating works around delivered materials and site schedules
  • Maintaining professional standards and excellent customer service on site

  • Proven experience completing end-to-end bathroom or wet room installations
  • Experience working within occupied or customer-facing environments
  • Their own van suitable for carrying tools and materials
  • A valid DBS check or willingness to obtain one
  • A CSCS card (preferred, with at least one operative required to hold one)
  • Experience with plumbing, sanitaryware installation, tiling, floor preparation, and skimming

The Bathroom Fitter role is offering the following benefits:
