You will plan and coordinate responsive repairs, schedule operatives and liaise with residents to keep customers informed, delivering a reliable, customer‑focused service.
This rolling contract role is based in Birmingham, with 35 hours per week and £20 per hour.
You will work with the Property Services team to optimise repairs, meet SLAs and extend the contract where possible.
