We are recruiting an Interim Contract Manager for a leading Social Housing provider based in the West Midlands, supporting programmes across the local region on a 4-month contract.
As an Interim Contract Manager you will be responsible for maintaining and managing contractor relationships and high-quality budget-conscious work.
- Rate: £30-£35 per hour
- Contract: 4-month interim assignment (potential for extension)
- Full-time (36 hours) Monday-Thursday on site and in office, Friday work from home

- Lead on regulatory standards, compliancy and health and safety responsibilities
- Ensure all properties comply with health & safety and legal obligations
- Manage contractor relationships, maintaining high-quality, budget-conscious work
- Drive process improvements, draft and review key policies, helping refine and elevate service delivery
- Provide reports on activity, progress and compliance of repairs, maintenance and health and safety against key performance indicators
- Is confident working with external contractors and maintaining relationships
- Can assess risk, challenge appropriately and provide assurance to senior stakeholders
- Cares about resident experience and understands the importance of quality homes
- Social housing experience
