Due to manufacturer changes and delayed materials, attention to detail is critical in this role, making it ideal for an experienced Finisher Operative with strong carpentry knowledge and social housing experience. As a Carpenter you will be:
- Completing kitchen and bathroom snagging works across occupied properties
- Fitting missing kitchen items due to manufacturer changes from Moores to Wren
- Adjusting kitchen doors and drawers to ensure a high-quality finish
- Fitting wall units, base units, worktop sections, and kickboards where required
- Carrying out silicone sealing around worktops and flooring areas
- Completing boxing-in works and ceiling making-good tasks
- Delivering second-fix and finishing works to a high standard
- Ensuring all work is completed right first time
