As a Carpenter you will be:

  • Completing kitchen and bathroom snagging works across occupied properties
  • Fitting missing kitchen items due to manufacturer changes from Moores to Wren
  • Adjusting kitchen doors and drawers to ensure a high-quality finish
  • Fitting wall units, base units, worktop sections, and kickboards where required
  • Carrying out silicone sealing around worktops and flooring areas
  • Completing boxing-in works and ceiling making-good tasks
  • Delivering second-fix and finishing works to a high standard
  • Ensuring all work is completed right first time

  • Previous experience as a Carpenter or within snagging works
  • Strong carpentry and second-fix experience
  • Experience working within social housing or domestic properties
  • A valid CSCS card
  • Excellent attention to detail and pride in delivering quality work
