Start work this Monday on an initial four-week temporary contract paying £20–£21 per hour, with the potential for an extension. As a Painter and Decorator, you’ll work across Hampshire carrying out painting and decorating in both void and tenanted properties. You’ll be joining an established contractor delivering property maintenance work across the Hampshire area. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Painter and Decorator with over five years of experience who is looking to start immediately and secure ongoing work. I’d love to hear from anyone who has worked as a Painter and Decorator, Decorator, or Painting Operative within social housing or domestic properties. As a Painter and Decorator, you will be: Carrying out all aspects of internal and external painting Preparing surfaces, including sanding, filling, and priming Painting walls, ceilings, doors, skirting boards, and other woodwork Completing decorating work in both void and tenanted properties Carrying out minor repair and preparation work before decorating Working to a high standard while maintaining clean and tidy work areas Liaising professionally with tenants while working in occupied properties Completing work within agreed timescalesI’d love to speak to anyone who has: At least five years of painting and decorating experience Experience working in both void and tenanted properties A valid DBS check Their own transport The ability to start work this Monday A strong eye for detail and the ability to complete work to a high standardThe Painter and Decorator role is offering the following benefits: £20–£21 per hour, depending on experience Initial four-week contract Potential for the contract to be extended Weekly pay Immediate start available this Monday Work across HampshireThis role is offering £20–£21 per hour.
