About the role
Enjoy a six-month temporary role with a work vehicle provided during the day, working for an established local authority in the Atherstone area. This Roofer role offers consistent work across a varied range of roofing, brickwork and external repair jobs.
You’ll be working for a respected local authority, supporting its in-house maintenance team while providing additional cover over the coming months. You'll be trusted to complete repairs to a good standard and use your wider building skills where required in your role as a Roofer.
Responsibilities
- Replacing damaged and missing roof tiles
- Rebuilding and repairing chimneys
- Completing lead flashing repairs
- Repairing and replacing ridge tiles
- Carrying out general roofing repairs
- Completing bricklaying and slabbing work when required
Qualifications
- Strong experience completing general roofing repairs
- Bricklaying and slabbing experience
- The ability to work across a varied range of repairs
- Reliable transport to travel independently to the council depot

Location & Travel
