As a Site Maintenance Operative, you will be: Carry out multi-trade repairs and maintenance in a static building with multiple floors Carrying out a range of maintenance duties on site, hanging doors, lock changes, and all other trades Deliver a variety of tasks across trades such as carpentry, plumbing, patch plastering, painting, and flooring Id love to speak to Site Maintenance Operative who has: Relevant industry experience within multiple trades Relevant experience within social housing or domestic sector Must be competent in using an electronic personal digital assistant device to receive and record work.
