Niyaa people are working on an exclusive basis with a client of ours in the East Midlands to recruit 2 Asset Investment Managers. Our client is a social housing organisation looking for 2 experienced Asset Investment Managers to manage major and minor projects, as well as a manager for disrepair. The role will be working out of our client's office in Northamptonshire.

The successful Asset Investment Managers will be responsible for:

  • Managing major and minor asset investment projects.
  • Overseeing disrepair management.
