As an External Multi Trader, you will be:
- Laying patios and carrying out hard landscaping works
- Installing and repairing fencing to a high standard
- Completing rendering and external finishing works
- Undertaking a range of groundwork duties
- Carrying out general external property improvements
- Supporting with internal maintenance and refurbishment works where required

- Previous experience carrying out patio laying, fencing, rendering, and groundworks
- Experience working as an External Multi Trader or in a similar role
- The ability to complete work to a high standard with minimal supervision
- A full UK driving licence
