As an Administrator, you will be:

  • Assisting neighbourhood officers with home visits, court attendances and interviews
  • Hep with the management of case loads
  • Complete tenancy audits and any reviews
  • Arrange tenancy visits and conduct face to face interviews with any customers
  • Provide any support across the team
  • Open and close any cases

We are looking for an Administrator with previous:

  • Administration experience
  • Housing management experience
  • Drives
  • Has knowledge of NTQS and NTVS
