We are recruiting for an Interim Property Surveyor for a leading Social Housing provider based in East Anglia, supporting property services across the local region on a 3‑month contract.
Compensation and Working Arrangements
- Rate: £35 per hour
- Contract: 3 months
- Working pattern: 37 hours
- Mileage: Paid from home to sites
This role requires travel across the South East to areas including Essex, Bedford, Suffolk and Peterborough.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare information on specific projects with regards to the current CDM Regulations and undertake the execution of the client role in respect of specific projects.
- Undertake checks on contractors and suppliers proposed for projects to ensure that they are suitable and competent to undertake the work, are financially viable and have adequate insurance in place.
- Inspect contractors Post Tender Health.
