You'll be joining a growing team delivering compliance services within social housing, with a mix of site‑based and home‑based working.
Key responsibilities
- Carrying out surveys across social housing properties
- Producing reports and associated documentation
- Working in line with current legislation and guidance
- Maintaining accurate records and survey information
Qualifications
- P402 qualification
- Previous surveying experience
- Experience working within social housing
- Experience using the TEAMS management system would be advantageous
