We’re looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee an ongoing contract upgrading UPVC doors and windows across dwellings and mid-rise flats in Stoke.
This is a minimum 12-month contract with a quick start available for the right person.
The Site Manager will get:
- £32 per hour
- Minimum 12 months’ work

What we’re looking for:
- Previous Site Manager experience within social housing is essential
- SMSTS required
- UPVC doors/windows experience advantageous
- Strong technical knowledge
- Good understanding of health & safety
- Ability to manage programmes and meet timeframes
- Confident dealing with clients, managers and operatives
- Experience managing direct trades and subcontractors
- Strong communication and organisational skills
As a Site Manager you'll be responsible for overseeing the works on site, managing trades and subcontractors, keeping the programme on track and ensuring health & safety and quality standards are maintained.
