As the Health and Safety Manager, you will be:
- Lead the development and implementation of health and safety policies, procedures and management systems.
- Ensure statutory compliance, identify risks and implement effective control measures across the organisation.
- Oversee inspections, audits and corrective actions to maintain high safety standards.
- Work with employees, contractors and residents to promote safe working practices.
- Drive a positive health and safety culture and provide clear reporting to support effective governance.
Qualifications the Health and Safety Manager will need:
- Experience managing health and safety within social housing, property or facilities management.
- NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent recognised qualification.
- Chartered IOSH membership (CMIOSH) or equivalent professional status.
- Full UK driving licence and access to a car.

- £52,000-£55,000 salary
