As a Labourer, you will be:
• Carrying out general repairs across domestic properties, internally and externally
• Supporting trades including joinery, tiling, painting and basic plumbing
• Working to specifications and health & safety requirements
• Working with supervisors and wider teams to meet deadlines
• Recording work activity and completing required paperwork
• Providing good customer service and supporting team performance

I'd love to speak to anyone who has:
• Previous experience in property maintenance or general repairs
• Basic knowledge of multiple trades
• Experience working across domestic properties
• Good attention to detail and a strong work ethic
• Ability to work to deadlines and follow health & safety procedures
• A full UK driving licence
• Ideally based in or around Huntingdon

The Labourer role is offering:
• £28,000 per year
• Company van and fuel card
• 35 days annual leave including bank holidays
• Option to buy and sell annual leave
• Overtime opportunities
• Monday-Friday, 08:00-16:30 core hours
• Tools, uniform, iPad, mobile phone and PPE provided
• Pension with matched contributions up to 7%
