This is a great opportunity for an experienced Bathroom Fitter to work on social housing properties, carrying out refurbishment works within occupied homes. Materials will be provided on site, so a car is suitable and there is no requirement for a van or formal trade qualifications.
I’d love to see CVs from anyone who has worked as a Bathroom Fitter, Kitchen Fitter, Multi-Trade Operative or Multi-Skilled Operative, particularly those with social housing or domestic refurbishment experience.
As a Bathroom Fitter, you will be:
- Completing bathroom refurbishment and fitting works within occupied social housing properties.
- Removing and replacing bathroom fixtures and fittings.
- Carrying out associated plumbing, carpentry, tiling and making-good works.
- Completing wider multi-trade works where required.
- Working professionally within tenants' homes and minimising disruption.
- Maintaining a clean and safe working area.
- Working efficiently to complete jobs to a high standard.
- Using materials provided on site.
I’d love to speak to anyone who has:
- Proven Bathroom Fitter experience.
- Experience working on social housing or domestic refurbishment projects.
- Strong practical multi-trade skills.
- Experience as a Kitchen Fitter would also be highly relevant.
- Experience working in occupied properties.
- The ability to work independently and manage your own workload.
- A professional, tidy and customer-focused approach.
- Your own car to travel between sites.
- No formal qualifications or trade tickets are required.
