This Multi Trade Operative role is focused on completing finishing works to a high standard, so you'll need to be confident in carrying out a range of maintenance and finishing tasks while working professionally within tenants' homes.
The Multi Trade Operative role is offering the following benefits:
- £200 per day
- Immediate starts available
- Consistent, ongoing work
- Working hours of 8am–4pm
- Consistent work across Birmingham
As a Multi Trade Operative you will be:
- Carrying out finishing works within social housing properties
- Completing associated repairs and maintenance tasks
- Undertaking general finishing and making-good works
- Working within occupied and void properties
- Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard
I'd love to speak to anyone who has:
- A valid Blue CSCS Card – essential
- An NVQ Level 2 qualification – essential
- Previous experience as a Multi Trade Operative
- Their own van
- A full, valid driving licence
- Experience working within social housing or domestic properties
- The ability to travel across Birmingham
Location & travel
