Nixor are supporting a globally recognised luxury brand as they continue to invest in their next generation Data & AI capability.

This isn't a role where you'll inherit years of established standards and simply maintain them. It's an opportunity to help define them.

As part of a new & growing Data & AI function, you'll play a key role in shaping the Enterprise Data Model that will underpin analytics, reporting, AI and future digital capabilities across the organisation.

If you're someone who enjoys bringing structure to complexity, influencing how data is organised at an enterprise level and leaving a lasting legacy, this is the kind of opportunity that doesn't come around very often.

Working alongside Data Engineers, Solution Architects, Product teams and senior business stakeholders, you'll design trusted, reusable data assets that become the foundation for the organisation's future data strategy.

What you'll be doing

You'll be responsible for understanding complex business data and translating it into scalable enterprise data models that enable consistent, high-quality data products.

Rather than simply moving data between systems, you'll be defining how the organisation thinks about its data.

Your responsibilities will include

  • Designing and evolving Enterprise Data Models across multiple business domains.
  • Working with stakeholders to understand business processes and data requirements.
  • Creating logical and physical data models that support reporting, analytics and AI.
  • Defining canonical business entities and ensuring consistent data definitions across the enterprise.
  • Supporting metadata management and enterprise data governance.
  • Helping establish modelling standards, naming conventions and best practice across the wider Data & AI function.

We'd love to speak with you if you can answer questions like...

  • Have you built Enterprise Data Models that are used across multiple business functions?
  • Have you designed logical and conceptual data models rather than simply consuming them?
  • Have you created detailed source-to-target mapping documentation for engineering teams?
  • Have you helped implement data governance, metadata management or enterprise data standards?
  • Have you worked closely with Data Engineers, Architects and business stakeholders to turn complex data into trusted enterprise assets?

If you're answering "yes" to several of these questions, we’d love to hear from you.

  • Experience wise we're open to people from a variety of backgrounds, including:
  • Master Data Management (MDM)
  • Data Design

Why this opportunity?

This is an opportunity to join one of the world's most recognisable luxury brands as it continues to modernise its data landscape and invest heavily in AI and advanced analytics.

You'll play a pivotal role in shaping the way data is modelled, governed and consumed across the business, influencing enterprise standards and helping to build the trusted data foundations that will support future innovation.

If you're looking for a role where you can genuinely leave your mark on an organisation's data strategy, work on high-profile transformation programmes and collaborate with some of the industry's brightest technology professionals, we'd love to hear from you.
