Shape the future of customer engagement. We're supporting one of the world's leading luxury automotive brands in the search for a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist to join their global CRM team. This is an opportunity to work on sophisticated, data-driven customer journeys, delivering personalised communications across multiple luxury brands using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

Working within a collaborative international environment, you'll play a key role in designing, building and optimising customer lifecycle campaigns that enhance every customer interaction.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Build, deliver and optimise customer journeys using Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Develop automated campaigns using Journey Builder, Automation Studio and Email Studio
  • Support the implementation of the global CRM contact strategy across multiple luxury automotive brands
  • Deliver personalised omni-channel communications throughout the customer lifecycle
  • Create audience segmentation and targeted communications using customer data
  • Work closely with CRM, Digital, Data and Global Marketing teams to deliver engaging campaigns
  • Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve engagement and conversion
  • Support campaign testing, optimisation and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Ensure consistent messaging and customer experience across all digital touchpoints

What We're Looking For

  • Hands-on experience using Salesforce Marketing Cloud who understands how to build engaging, personalised customer communications
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC)
