An Automotive Giant is on the brink of a revolutionary change in the way they manage their equipment and materials, from Idea to Product, with the deployment of a new manufacturing system on site (SAP PM). To support this ambitious endeavour, they are actively seeking an experienced Technical/Systems Trainer to join their team.
Given the nature of the role, they are looking for someone who has created and delivered training both from an e-learning and face-to-face perspective. You will work on the Training Needs Analysis for the project and create a blended learning approach, which will be delivered via e-learning and classroom-based training programs.
Your primary responsibility will be to design, create, and deliver top-notch training programs to empower our end-users. With a clear vision of delivering a unified end-to-end process and toolset, we are committed to providing our employees with always-live data and dashboards, enabling them to focus entirely on value creation.
Therefore, they are interested in speaking to people who have managed to deliver TNA and learning from start to finish in various sectors, and delivered training material, with ideally exposure to e-learning technologies, such as RISE or Articulate 360 or SAP Enable Now.
If you create learning and deliver it as well, then please apply as skills can always be picked up in this position. This is a contract position for 12 months and is paying £300 a day inside IR35.
