Business Analyst – Global Digital Transformation
We’re looking for a skilled and inquisitive Business Analyst to play a key role in a major global digital transformation programme. This is a rare opportunity to join a large-scale enterprise rollout from the ground up, shaping a platform that will impact thousands of users worldwide.
This Role is paying ÂŁ65,000 to ÂŁ70,000 and involves at least one day on site in Burntwood. Unfortunately this role does not offer Visa sponsorship, please do not apply if you need sponsorship.
About the Role
You’ll work closely with stakeholders across the organisation to uncover business needs, lead collaborative workshops, and translate complex requirements into clear, actionable user stories. You’ll be instrumental in supporting developers, testers, and business users alike—ensuring that delivery aligns with genuine business outcomes.
This isn’t just another BA role. It’s a chance to influence how technology transforms a global business with a clear mission and growing international footprint.
Key Responsibilities
Stakeholder Engagement & Requirements Gathering
- Lead engaging, interactive workshops to surface real business needs
- Work across all levels of the organisation to challenge assumptions and define true objectives
- Translate insights into structured, meaningful user stories and technical requirements
Developer Collaboration & Technical Understanding
- Act as a bridge between business and technical teams
- Support developers throughout the lifecycle—from planning to implementation
- Use tools like JIRA for managing user stories and basic system configuration
- A working understanding of AWS, APIs, or microservices is highly advantageous
- Confident contributing to data mapping and process modelling discussions
Testing & Delivery Support
- Work alongside QA resources to help define, test, and refine functionality
- Guide user acceptance testing and support defect resolution
- Help define reporting requirements and support business intelligence output
