Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate UX research and usability testing across vehicles, simulators, and prototypes

- Translate findings into clear, actionable insights and recommendations
- Partner with design and product teams to shape research strategy
- Mentor and support junior researchers
- Manage testing logistics and ensure high standards of research quality
- Champion best practice in UX research and continuous improvement
What We’re Looking For

- Experience working across different prototype fidelities
- Proficiency with tools such as Maze, Qualtrics, UserTesting, Optimal Workshop
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple streams of work
- Ability to work on-site regularly in Gaydon
- Full UK driving licence and right to work in the UK (required)
Desirable
- Experience in automotive UX / Human Machine Interaction (HMI)
- Exposure to simulators or immersive testing environments
- Experience with eye-tracking or behavioural analytics
This is an initial 11 month contract, which will be extended or flipped over to permanent. It is paying £256 a day (£32 an hour).
This is a fantastic opportunity to work on real-world, high-impact products, shaping the future of in-vehicle user experiences. Your research will directly influence product decisions and contribute to the evolution of next-generation automotive technology.
