- Strong technical grounding with the ability to stay close to the detail.
- Engineering background.
- Comfort operating in a scale-up environment.
- Either CTO level or Engineering Leadership ready for a step up.
- Exposure to heavily regulated industries beneficial but not essential.
Location: Remote-first, with periodic team get-togethers in London or Brighton.
