My client is looking for an internal Comms Officer to join their Communications & Engagement team in creating impactful communication strategies that drive awareness and engagement throughout the business. You will mainly be helping to support training and change initiatives, driving engagement and awareness for new critical system advancements.

As part of the wider Training & Change Team, you’ll have the autonomy to develop a bespoke communication strategy that raises awareness of the upcoming training initiatives. You\’ll also collaborate with Technical Trainers to engage key stakeholders and support the successful rollout of their system transformation projects.

This is an initial 12 month contract paying £225 a day inside IR35. This will likely be extended or flipped to Permanent in the future. This role is a mix of Hybrid 2-3 days in office to fully on site dependent on workshops and networking around the team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a communication plan aligned with overall project deliverables.
  • Use diverse mediums, including email, social media, face-to-face interviews, and workshops, to engage end-users.
  • Organise and host workshops to educate and inform employees about upcoming system changes.
  • Raise the profile of the Training & Change Team while fostering adoption of new systems across the wider business.

What We’re Looking For

  • A background in Internal Communications or Marketing (experience in Training is a bonus but not essential).
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Creativity and initiative to design and deliver tailored communication strategies.
  • Experience using multiple communication channels to deliver key messages effectively.

You’ll work alongside an experienced training and project management teams, gaining invaluable experience while making a real impact in helping communicate changes throughout the business and helping adopt new systems.
