We are looking for an experienced Business Change Manager to support a major manufacturing transformation programme, driving the successful adoption of new systems, processes, and digital tools across our operational sites. This is a hands-on, senior-level role focused on ensuring that change is not only delivered, but embedded, understood, and embraced across the business.

About the Role

You will be responsible for supporting the business change and adoption strategy for key manufacturing systems and process transformations. Working closely with business leaders, operational teams, and technology stakeholders, you will ensure that impacted users are fully prepared, engaged, and supported through change. This role is critical in bridging the gap between system delivery and real-world adoption on the shop floor.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and deliver end-to-end change management strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Conduct stakeholder mapping and audience analysis across manufacturing functions
  • Lead business change impact assessments to understand process and role changes
  • Translate as-is vs to-be processes into clear, accessible communications
  • Develop and deliver communication and engagement plans across multiple channels
  • Create targeted “What’s In It For Me” (WIIFM) messaging for different user groups
  • Establish and support super user and early adopter networks
  • Facilitate workshops, walkthroughs, and engagement sessions with SMEs and business users
  • Support readiness planning and deployment activities to ensure smooth rollout
  • Monitor adoption progress and maintain change readiness reporting
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across manufacturing sites

About You

You will bring:

  • Proven experience in business change / transformation roles (manufacturing or industrial environment preferred)
  • Strong understanding of change management methodologies (e.g., ADKAR, Kotter or equivalent)
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Confidence facilitating workshops and presenting to diverse audiences
  • Ability to translate complex technical/process change into clear business language
  • Experience working across cross-functional and multi-site environments
  • Strong communication, planning, and organisational skills
  • A proactive, hands-on approach to driving adoption and engagement

This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in a high-impact transformation programme within a complex manufacturing environment. You’ll be part of a team driving real operational change, ensuring systems and processes are successfully adopted across the business and deliver measurable value.
