  • Boston, MA: $215,000 to $350,000
  • Washington, DC: $215,000 to $350,000

In addition to standard benefits, this role may include contingent compensation based on performance, location, experience, education, and qualifications. The listed salary ranges are Nixon Peabody’s good faith estimates at the time of posting.

The ideal candidate will have at least one year of transactional experience involving Low Income Housing Tax Credits, New Markets Tax Credits, Historic Rehabilitation Tax Credits, or Renewable Energy.
