The Role:
- Advising clients in accordance with Northern Ireland family law and procedure
- Drafting court documents, pleadings, affidavits and correspondence
- Conducting advocacy in the Family Proceedings Court
- Engaging in negotiations and settlement discussions
- Liaising with external agencies where required
- Maintaining accurate file management in line with Law Society of Northern Ireland regulations
- Contributing to business development and client relationship management
