The Person
- Qualified solicitor with experience in employment law.
- Experience advising employer clients on employment matters.
- Exposure to both employment advisory and Employment Tribunal litigation would be advantageous.
- Strong drafting, analytical and legal research skills.
- Excellent communication and attention to detail.
- Good commercial awareness and a practical approach to problem-solving.
- The ability to manage priorities and take responsibility for their own work.
- Confidence communicating directly with clients.
- An interest in client relationship management, networking and business development.
