Personal Injury / Litigation Solicitor Location: Derry/Londonderry Salary: Competitive Salary DOE. Nixon McQuade is recruiting a Personal Injury / Litigation Solicitor on behalf of a law firm in Derry/Londonderry. This opportunity would ideally suit a solicitor with 15 years PQE, although applications are welcome from newly qualified solicitors and candidates with more experience. The role will involve road traffic accident claims, credit hire and a broader range of litigation matters. The Role Handle personal injury and litigation matters, including RTA and credit hire claims. Progress files from initial instruction through to resolution, with responsibilities appropriate to experience. Draft legal documents and correspondence. Liaise with clients, counsel, insurers and other relevant parties. Manage deadlines and maintain accurate case records. The Person Qualified solicitor, ideally with 15 years PQE; NQs and other experience levels will be considered. Experience in personal injury or litigation would be advantageous. Strong communication, organisation and client care skills. Ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively within a team. Salary & Benefits Private medical insurance. Car parking space.
